Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.The Liquidity and Funding Management group within Treasury handles liquidity planning across the corporation and its subsidiaries, including our bank and broker-dealers. We monitor and manage regulatory ratios like the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), FR 2052a Liquidity Monitoring Report, their adherence and associated public disclosures, and develop associated tools to assist our business partners in analyzing the liquidity impacts of business decisions. Additionally, we execute transactions to ensure appropriate funding for various legal entities. We work with second line partners to assist in development of robust contingency funding plans to help mitigate emerging risks. This group is responsible for the design of company liquidity management strategy and policies as well as ensuring compliance at all times. We work with internal and external partners on multiple ongoing examinations and audits of liquidity practices. We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Liquidity Reporting Automation group to deliver quick to market automated reporting and analytic solutions for intra-day liquidity monitoring.What you have

Comfort with ambiguity - ability to adapt to uncertainty and balance multiple evolving priorities.Knowledge of corporate finance, treasury functions, liquidity management and finance reporting best practices.An understanding of intra-day liquidity management is a plus.Expertise in low code tools like Alteryx, Tableau, UIPath and Power Automate.An understanding of UI/UX best practices and CRUD operations.Extensive understanding of API structure, design, and its applications.Expertise and working knowledge of GitHub, Bitbucket and Bamboo.Expertise in shell scripting, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and object-oriented programming (C#, TypeScript, Python preferred).Proficiency in modern coding libraries and frameworks (Angular 8+, ChartJS, .NET 6.0+ preferred).Robust coding standards and practices.Affinity to proactively own, communicate, and follow-through projects and issues.Experience with financial systems and financial data.Ability to use SQL to extract information from various applications and systems, join tables as needed and identify and research anomalies.Familiarity with Big Query and the Google Cloud Platform is a plus.Familiarity with the Schwab Business Led Development (BLD) – Farman, Orca framework a plus.Bachelor’s degree required.7+ years of related work experience.Excellent oral and written communication skills.What you'll do

Help design, build and maintain analytics and reporting and data sourcing solutions to help support intra-day liquidity monitoring.Depending on the need, use fit for purpose tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, tableau and the in-house Farman platform for developing and deploying solutions.Create interactive and intuitive web interfaces and workflows.Setup operating and maintenance procedures for all deployed applications and ensure their compliance.Use your knowledge of liquidity and finance data to identify ways to improve our technology and automated reporting process.Contribute to the direction of our reporting and analytics platform with your ideas and vision.Create SQL queries or utilize coded frameworks to analyze small to large sets of data.Take initiative in sourcing missing information, resources, or tools to overcome roadblocks.Work multi-functionally with various partners across business and technology domains to understand and gather the data required.Gather user feedback, perform unit testing, and perform on-going feature requests, bug fixes, and general maintenance on developed applications.Chip in on ad hoc analytical projects and reporting, primarily related to liquidity.In addition to the salary range, this position is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.What’s in it for you
