Surety Account Associate , you will:Assist with Word Documents and/or Excel spreadsheets as requestedCorrespond with clients and companiesBe responsible for client invoicingPerform basic file maintenanceEnter detail for new business applications as neededIssue bonds and continuation certificatesLearn to check bonds with direction from Account ManagerProcess change requests to the surety and endorsements received from the suretyProcess incoming requests for additional information from suretiesPrepare renewal kits and forward to clients for updated informationOther responsibilities as needed to support the production teamOur future colleague.We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:Previous business insurance experience a plusExcellent organizational skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAble to research and analyze problems independentlyDetail-oriented and able to self-check for accuracyProficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.)Must have a Property & Casualty resident agent's license or obtain within 90 days of employmentA shared commitment to company values: Integrity, Collaboration, Passion, Innovation, AccountabilityValuable benefits.We value and respect the impact our colleagues make every day both inside and outside our organization.
