SummaryPosition SummaryThis position is accountable for the planning, implementation and post implementation phases of various strategic and operational projects. This role works with various team members within the organization and vendors as an internal consultant and the main point of contact for prioritized improvement projects that challenge the status quo to find ways to optimize operational performance that delivers superior results.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree Preferred
License/Certifications:
None; project management certification preferred
Experience:
5 years in healthcare setting
Ability to effectively manage multiple demands and projects simultaneously; and to influence and negotiate with peers on issues and programs that impact assigned departments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills in different applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
