Join the Boston Shaker Underground Gold Mine team as MLO Administrator and be responsible for supporting the department managers with procurement, logistics, and data entry, while maintaining a healthy & safe working environment.
Project Location: The project is located 330 kilometres northeast of Kalgoorlie and utilises the Tropicana Gold Mine camp.

Key Duties/Responsibilities include:
Raise work orders and requisitions in SAPSupport efficient & timely parts supply to siteAdministrative support to maintenance team in event of breakdown & unplanned maintenance to reduce downtimeAdministrative support for supervisors & maintenance plannerProcess (Job Planning Forms) JPF’s creating Work Orders in SAPEntry/Completion of work orders & prestart faults in SAPFormulation of Planned Work “Job Packs” into foldersCompletion of oil samples ensuring information is correctEnsure shift log is in line with uptime/downtime and database related to breakdown in work orders
About you
2 years or more experience in a similar roleDemonstrate experience with various CMM systemsKnowledge of Maintenance KPI’s and reportingSAP Experience highly desirableC class MANUAL Drivers Licence is Mandatory
