The RolePilot’s bread and butter is startups. We love startups. We’re a startup ourselves. Approximately 60% of our customers are startup companies, ranging from two people in a garage, to startups with hundreds of employees and full-time finance teams.Pilot’s value proposition has resonated with startup companies because of this fact—we’re a startup and can speak credibly to startup founders about the journey they’re going through. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.
