Essential Functions:Develop and implement themed/seasonal activities and organized events for guests of all agesMaintain amenity areas before, during, and after activitiesEnforce resort rules and regulationsOrganize and maintain all supply areas including the outdoor stations, fitness center, fitness studio, and pool areaInventory and order all supplies for crafts and prizesSchedule spa services for individuals and large groups using spa reservations software systemCheck-in and out guests for scheduled spa appointmentsPerform confirmation calls for next day spa services.Process guest payments for spa services and maintain assigned bankEnsure the satisfaction of all our guests to promote repeat customer businessPerform all other duties as assignedBenefits:

Education/Experience Required:Experience in the Hospitality Field or Related ExperienceCPR, AED and First Aid TrainingHigh School DiplomaSpecific Skills Required:Customer service and people skillsLeadership skillsBasic computer knowledgeCommunication skillsProblem solvingCraft skillsAwareness of fitness/wellness trends and appropriate application of techniquesPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift, push, and pull 30 lbs., move, stand, walk, crouch, stoop, kneel, repetitive hand/wrist motion, reach, bend, see, recognize, distinguish, hear, convey information and converse with staff and guest with great consistency, able to work outdoors.Disclaimer:
