REQUIREMENTS:- VA BOM license is required. To be considered, traveler must either have the license in hand, or show proof of application in the submission. VA license verification,
BLS- ARRT registry in Mammography.- Experience with 3D, screening, diagnostic mammograms required.
*DEXA experience preferred
EPIC Class: RADIOLOGY MAMO ONLINE ON UNIT
VACCINE INFO:- The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).- If your traveler is requesting a religious or medical Flu exemption, it will be the responsibility of the agency to ensure the traveler’s request complies with CMS guidelines.
