Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Description
Conduct physical quality checks of stringer programs that are manufactured and distributed to customers for the creation of various airframes. Utilize calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and protractors on a routine basis to conduct physical quality checks. Measure to .001 of an inch. Every part of the stringer program is checked as the last stage in the production process prior to shipment. Inspectors will be given drawing parts to utilize blueprints to ensure parts match written schematics and work orders. Quality leads will follow behind to ensure 100% duplicate checks for quality assurance. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Saint Charles, Missouri.Work Environment
Non climate-controlled facility. Candidate will be on the floor in the production area along with production techs. Team consists of 9 people, with a sweet spot of 12 people. M-F 6a-2:30p schedule with mandatory overtime. Team currently working 50 hours/week. Overtime can be picked up after shifts each day or during a Saturday morning shift from 6a-12p. Candidate will be highly directed.
