This position will undergo a focused training program that is flexible to progress at the pace of each ideal candidate based on their skillset, experience and process. Part-time and On-call positions are available, with the future potential to advance into a Full-time position. Qualifications: The ideal massage therapist candidate will have the instinct to exude the following: E xcellent communication G uest service skills C onfident technical skills and strong educational background, with the ability to adjust techniques according to the intake assessment with the guest, indicators in treatment and contraindications E xceptional team player, share and maintain a positive attitude in a robust spa environment S olutions oriented approach to problem solving, capable of dealing with stressful situations calmly and professionally T ime management awareness O rganizational skills H igh standard of tidiness and sanitation awareness A vailability to work a schedule that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays is required Must possess a current and valid Arizona Massage Therapist License to be considered for this position.
