Liquid Measurement Analyst

JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as an analyst for the Corporate Liquid Balancing GroupUse the Liquid Measurement Data System (MDS) to edit data as required to present accurate quantities from and to our customersWork closely with measurement technicians and analyzer technicians to ensure accurate and complete measurement data has been received into the MDSValidate the data integrity as it flows from the MDS processes to the downstream systems and stock reports/unit balancers to ensure quantities are captured and transferred correctlyProvide data to technicians and supervisors and work with them to resolve ticketing issuesSupport business processes related to liquid measurement and the related ticketing, reporting, and SOX control activitiesProcess and send reports and associated tickets to internal and external customersCommunicate edits, PPA's, and other measurement related questions to Distribution, Product Accounting, and 3rd partiesMaintain the accuracy of product inventoriesCreate hourly balances to troubleshoot balance issuesOther duties as assignedMINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree or relative work experience along with at least two years' minimum work experienceAble to use advanced skills MS ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise mannerStrong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyWorking as a team with employees of various backgrounds in both field and office positionsDetail oriented and analytical skillsDriven to develop and apply both technical and functional skills/capabilitiesAble to occasionally travel overnightRegular and reliable attendancePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, information systems or related discipline.Working knowledge with Measurement Data Systems or other Enterprise software's.Ability to quickly understand basic liquid measurement principles.Previous experience as a liquid measurement analyst.Familiar with API, and GPA Midstream standards that govern the liquid measurement industry.Experience with Power BI report creation is a plus
