Summary:
The Distribution Center Team Member plays a crucial role in supporting our purpose of providing lasting value for those we serve by performing the shipping, picking, or receiving functions in the distribution center. This role works with other distribution team members and team leads to process all products in an efficient manner while maintaining high levels of accuracy and safety. This individual promotes our culture, our 5 P's and our purpose of creating lasting value for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:Adhere to all company safety policies and initiativesProcess orders with an RF gun or scanner, motorized cart and/or fork lift in an efficient and accurate mannerProvide feedback on adequate stock levelsAssist in maintaining distribution center cleanliness and orderCross-train in other departments of the distribution centerSupport team members by participating in team liftsParticipate in distribution center process improvementsProvide coverage in areas of the distribution center in which staffing is low and work level is highCritical Success Factors:

High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious distribution experience preferredDemonstrated computer skills requiredAbility to lift 70 lbs on a consistent basis; lift up to 100 lbs occasionallyAbility to stand and walk for long periods of timeKnowledge of handheld RF scanner is a plusForklift operating experience preferredKnowledge of Eclipse preferredAbility to work an extended shift to complete work tasks as neededWork Environment & Physical Demands:
