ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our people leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:Assist the Operations Supervisor in the day to day operationsEnsuring work is accomplished effectively by managing employee performance, work processes and other resourcesEnsure all safety rules and procedures are followedResponsible for and oversee their respective departmentMonitor the activities of the department staff; communicate interpret and discuss with team the company policies and proceduresDetermine job objectives, work methods and performance standards - Ensure team members are following all SOPs and meeting productivity requirementsManaging inventory displaysCOMPANY BENEFITS AND PERKS:

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
High school diploma or GEDFluent in both English and SpanishAbility to work in team environmentAbility to focus on detail and qualityAbility to complete assigned tasks in a timely mannerAbility to efficiently use IT hardware, software and peripherals as it pertains to the performance of daily tasksCritical Skills: Working knowledge of Material Handling issuesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Licenses/Certificates: Forklift certified - Technology/EquipmentPrior experience working in a cold chain warehouse environment
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT :The physical and mental requirements along with the work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Environmental demands include walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds and performing tasking in a busy environment. Bending, squatting, pivoting and stooping may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
