60% FTE, day shift. Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No weekends, no holidays, and no on-call responsibilities. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a
Registered Nurse (RN)
to:Become a member of one of the world's foremost organ transplant programs. UW Health physicians are recognized experts in their field, providing care to patients in our heart, lung, kidney, liver, pancreas, intestine, islet cell and pediatric transplant programs.Provide nursing care and education to patients with complex medical needs in clinic and on the phone.Provide nursing care to patients undergoing transplant biopsies and providing infusion therapies.Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
Work Experience
6 months of relevant clinical nursing experience RequiredSpecific to EP Lab- Previous moderate sedation experience RequiredAdditional years of relevant clinical nursing experience PreferredPrior involvement in clinical procedures in area of specialty, including successful work or involvement in other hospital-wide project work PreferredExperience in an academic medical setting PreferredSpecific to Gastro/Endo & Generations - Previous moderate sedation experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Upon Hire RequiredBasic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire RequiredCertification in area of specialty Preferred
