OVERVIEW:
A&M CFO Services work with private equity held portfolio companies and provide our clients with solutions to preserve and generate value for their businesses. Our goal is to improve transparency to key drivers and business performance, to support increasing cash and EBITDA, and to provide benefits through hands-on involvement in our clients' operations. Our job is to support PE firms to ensure their portfolio companies have credible plans and the ability to execute and deliver financial outcomes.
CFO Services Provides the following pillar of services:
Liquidity & Working Capital OptimizationStrategic Analytics & PlanningPerformance Measurement & ManagementBusiness TransformationAuxiliary Services: Accounting RemediationPROFESSIONAL EXPECTATIONS:
Data Collection, Validation and Analysis
Identify, request, and process relevant data and information to complete fact-based analysesValidate all data used in calculations, reconcile models and reports individually and in aggregateThink critically, apply rules to independently produce accurate and reliable analysesCompile findings into cogent and digestible spreadsheet templates and presentation slidesProject Management and Implementation
Execute operational tasks independently (e.g., development of tools / templates for client use, tasks requested by client, slide deck development, etc.)Quality check one's own work product to ensure that it addresses the subject question, flows logically, and is free from errorSet up tools and to utilize client software / apps to access client dataTeamwork
Collaboratively work with other team members, offer knowledge sharing opportunitiesView all interactions as a learning opportunityFinancial Acumen
Possess financial modeling experience and basic understanding of financial statements, treasury and cash management, understand cause / effect relationships to the trial balance accountsACCREDITATION /EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of accredited 4-year college / university with educational concentration in relevant areas (accounting, finance, economics) preferred but not required2-4 years of experience related to: Accounting / Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private EquityExperience in building integrated financial models and have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills#LI-LS1
