Project Manager/ Scrum MasterKey Responsibilities:Remove obstacles and shield teams from disruptions.Organize Agile ceremonies and foster continuous improvement.Coach teams, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile principles.Help teams resolve impediments and promote transparency.Facilitate decision-making and build trust within teams.Collaborate with other scrum masters in a SAFe framework.Lead teams to deliver solutions for key product initiatives.Track progress, report status, and manage risks.Assign resources and monitor team performance.Maintain release and dependency plans with internal and external partners.Ensure high-quality deliverables with proper documentation.Minimum Qualifications:Proven experience as an
Agile Champion
with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.Proficiency with
JIRA
for project tracking and management.Expertise in the
Microsoft Office Suite
for reporting and documentation.Strong
Project Management
skills, with experience managing multiple Scrum teams.Ability to lead in a
SAFe framework , working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.Desired Qualifications:Experience working with distributed teams.Strong analytical skills for tracking progress and making data-driven decisions.Experience in the financial services or technology industry.Location : Phoenix, ArizonaSalary Range : The salary for this position is between $100,000 $115,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: [medical insurance] [dental insurance] [vision insurance] [401(k) retirement plan] [long-term disability insurance] [short-term disability insurance] [5 personal days accrued each calendar year.
