Assumes responsibility and accountability for several patients during a designated time frame while following policies and procedures. Prioritizes and organizes patient flow to ensure best utilization of time. Is given general guidance and is expected to function with initiative and sound judgment to provide quality services. Demonstrate effective safety practices. Establishes and maintains a good rapport and professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments and Hospital Staff. Demonstrate competence when performing other related or licensed functions.Shift Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pmEducational Requirements: •Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN is preferred•Associate's Degree in Nursing requiredLicense/Certifications: •Valid California RN license•BLS and ACLS certificationsExperience: •Minimum of 1 year of current IR experience, strongly preferred•Demonstrated dedication to customer service and ability to meet the needs and expectations of patients and health care colleagues
