Job DescriptionSelect Water Solutions is seeking a results-driven Regulatory Compliance Representative to ensure that our organization complies and operates in conformity with all internal policies and outside regulatory and legal requirements. For clarification this role is not a health and safety compliance specialist or a DOT compliance specialist position.The essential job functions include, but are not limited toCompleting and submitting all federal, state and local regulatory reporting accurately and timelyProvide support to the business unit on all regulatory mattersLead environmental reclamations and coordinate inspections and site visits with internal and external customers (i.e. governmental agencies)Assist with permit applications as neededInteract with governmental regulatory agenciesAssist with maintaining regulatory records and well filesInteract with external customers and providing support on customer requests (i.e. customer audits)Provide support for maintaining the Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) plans for each field locationAssist in the coordination and implementation of special regulatory-related projectsPerform other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this positionMust be able to work with other safety and operations personnel in corresponding facilities to ensure compliance with all regulations.

RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:Bachelors degree or equivalent.3+ years of related experience and/or training.Downhole well knowledge.Experience with Colorado, New Mexico and Texas oil and gas permitting, regulations and filings.Must possess valid drivers license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle according to Selects insurance guidelines.Be willing to travel as needed.Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.Skilled in the standards, concepts, practices, and procedures within the regulatory field.Ability to work at all levels within the organization and the ability to work in a diverse work group.Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.Select Values and Guiding PrinciplesW: Working SafeA: AccountabilityT: TeamworkE: ExcellenceR: Respect
