OVERVIEW

Johnson Brunetti, an Alera Group Company, offers a variety of financial services to help address our clients' priorities, with a focus on retirement and investment strategies. Our organization was built on the foundations of integrity, trustworthiness and creating a sense of confidence for our clients as they approach their retirement years.
This position will assist with new client onboarding, conduct review meetings with existing clients and work with and support our Advisors and continue to grow and enhance existing client relationships.
This position is based in person in our Needham, MA office but will require travel between our Massachusetts offices
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the advisors with client inquiries and processing of new businessProvide excellent client service to existing clientsManage and retain strong client relationshipsAssist in the onboarding of new clientsCommunicate the full range of the company's services and capabilities to clientsResponsible for the upkeep of client data in various internal systemsAttend evening educational workshops and introduce the main speaker or do the main presentationQUALIFICATIONS
College degree and 2 + years of financial services experienceLife and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7 & 66Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsExcellent communications skills; both verbal and writtenAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
