SAP S4 FICO Consultant
Relevant Experience
(in Yrs)
10+ in FICO, 3+ in S4HANA
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Converting requirements into Business blueprint document, S/4HANA configuration document, configuration, user training and change management related to Finance and other integration touch point Good exposure to interfacing with non-SAP systems Ability to map the user requirements. Good verbal and written communication skills. Lead the onsite and offshore team. 7+ years of experience in creating and maintaining methods and techniques used to design, develop, test, and implement applications. 4+ years of end-to-end application implementations across multiple functional domains Strong knowledge in the SAP Management Reporting SAP S/4HANA: Finance - Accounting & Financial Close SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Finance - Cost Management & Profitability Analysis Strong experience on configuration in SAP S4 and Central Finance Strong knowledge across the SAP FICO domain Strong experience on configuration Knowledge or experience with integration points between FICO and other modules Working knowledge and experience in specifying components of an interface design including automated processes, manual processes, monitoring and exception handling. SAP R/3 ECC6 FI (FI-GL, FI-AP) Exposure to CO Account determination in MM and SD (supply chain environment) Experienced in qTest. Experienced in FI requirements gathering, customer interaction, detailed documentation of requirements, solutions and functional specifications, including the creation of process and data flows. Strong analytical skills combined with strong synthesis skills. Sound knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes is a must. Creation of technical designs and guidance of offshore developers. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills SOX environment experience Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle. Experience Required

Roles & Responsibilities
Understand and document business requirements. Translate the user requirements into functional and technical design, application configuration and testing scenario's. Configure and act as liaison with ABAP developers through the Build and test phase. Lead the users through UAT (user acceptance testing) Communicate with Analysts and project management through all phases of the project to provide accurate status and projections.
Generic Managerial Skills • Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements. • Excellent communication and relational skills required. • Must have a focus on customer satisfaction. • Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision.
