Cnc machinist

We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist for a growing company located in the San Diego area. The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years of CNC machinist experience in a manufacturing enviroment. Qualified candiates will have experience with machine operations, Programming, Quality Control, Maintenance, and documentation. salary: $50,000 - $58,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers, to produce parts as per engineering specifications. Programming: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints; program CNC machines using G-code and CAD/CAM software. Quality Control: Conduct inspections of finished products using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot issues as they arise to minimize downtime. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, tooling, and quality checks. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field preferred.
