Responsibilities• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals• Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines• Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction• Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them• Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to
Qualifications• Must have an active NMLS Mortgage Originator License• Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies• Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred• Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability• Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required
