POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Factory Controller you will be responsible for financial reporting, costing, inventory management, internal control, and performance reporting at our Allentown, PA facility. You will work closely with all departments within the factory and the business to support the reporting of accurate data through strong accounting processes. You will play a critical role in driving factory Continuous Improvement and cost saving efforts.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee factory financial control measures including compliant controls programs, reporting, and safeguarding of assets according to Nestl Accounting Standards.Monitor and analyze performance, submitting month-end reporting results to appropriate parties, suggesting improvements a needed.Maintain, coordinate, and report budgets for the Allentown factory and warehouse.Provide guidance to the Factory Management Team including conducting special financial studies, evaluating performance measures, and providing training on financial procedures and policies.Manage and direct the Factory Accounting Team, providing feedback and evaluation of progress against personal development and growth plans.Train Accounting Personnel on systems and procedures as needed to comply with Nestl Accounting Standards and applicable legal requirements.Directly support Accounting Personnel in fulfilling all required team tasks and functions as required by the Allentown factory and the business.All other duties as assigned.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.4+ years' experience working with General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Internal Controls, Budgeting, and Compliance Management in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military, or related environment.2+ years' people leadership experience.The approximate pay range for this position is $101,000 - $142,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
