ABOUT YOUR JOB:
As the GM, you are responsible for driving the overall culture, community connections, and operations of their restaurant set forth by our Purpose Statement. You will inspire, engage, motivate, and develop their team which will provide superior Guest and Team Member experience by living our FRESH values and ultimately be responsible for the success of the restaurant with financial performance.
WHAT YOU BRING:Be the role model of the FRESH Core Values, including all communicationResponsible for all financial areas of the business. (Labor, Food Cost, Waste, Sales, etc.)Maintaining a flexible schedule including nights and weekendsAssist with sourcing, hiring, and developing Managers and Team MembersHigh ability to delegate responsibilities; validate completionCoach and develop Team MembersEnsure proper staffing and scheduling of Managers, Team Leads, and Team Members even in your absenceEducate yourself, practice and enforce all company policies and proceduresBe certified in all Team Member and Manager positionsMaintain high operating standards, including safety and sanitationMAKE SURE YOU:
