Job Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Audit Associate to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the finance industry, providing a challenging and rewarding environment for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have a strong background in audit, US GAAP, financial audits, non-profit accounting ,for profit accounting, and financial statements.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the planning and execution of audit engagements within the finance industry, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.Perform detailed analysis of financial statements, accounting records, and systems of internal control.Prepare comprehensive audit reports, presenting findings to management and recommending improvements.Ensure compliance with US GAAP, GAAP, and other relevant accounting standards.Provide expert advice and guidance on complex accounting and auditing issues.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business operations and financial performance.Mentor and coach junior audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Contribute to the development of audit methodologies and best practices.Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CPA designation is highly desirable.Minimum of 1+ years of audit experience, preferably within the finance industry.In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, GAAP, and financial audits.Experience in auditing non-profit organizations and interpreting financial statements.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff.High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical standards.Proficient in the use of audit software and other relevant IT systems.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
