Financial Advisor position with G. Stephen White & Associates – A private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial

Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial objectives, and offering tailored recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
Provide comprehensive financial planning services, including but not limited to retirement planning, investment management, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
Maintain and grow a book of business by identifying opportunities for new client relationships and fostering existing client loyalty.
Conduct thorough financial analyses, staying informed about market trends and developments to offer relevant insights to clients.
Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure a cohesive and seamless client experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Five years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
Clients/assets to bring over
Series 7, Series 66 and Life & Wealth licensure is required
Relevant industry certifications such as CFP is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide sound financial advice.
Proactive and self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial planning software and tools is a plus.
