Job Details
The Senior Accountant will collaborate with accounting management for financial reporting, balance sheet and forecasting. Assist the accounts payable and receivable departments with payments, deposits, account reconciliations and general ledger. Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget and prepare yearly audit schedules. Perform month-end closing tasks such as preparing journal entries & participate in special projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist in Month End Close activities such as reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, etc.Reconcile balance sheet accountsWork with external auditors and assist with auditDevelop and maintain the consolidated financial statementPrepare tax returns and corporate reporting requirementsAssist in the formulation of internal controls and policiesAssist in the preparation of budgets or forecastsHelp with any ad-hoc projects (M&A)Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.2+ years experience in general or tax accountingExperience with ERP systems. Dynamics 365 is a plus
