Insight Global is looking for a Data Modeler. You will apply technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in support of our client's data warehouse and reporting initiatives. Works closely with the Business Analyst to understand information needed by business workflows to provide actionable information to make better business decisions. Works with IT resources to assist in data governance and data quality programs. You will also independently develop reference materials (application data relationship, BI data models, etc.) for supported data processing technologies to be used for both online and in-person training of other technical staff. $90,000-115,000 salary range.

Minimum eight years' experience in working with enterprise data sources and BI tools in a financial or healthcare environment.
Experience using CASE tools such as Idera ER/Studio to design and maintain data models (logical/physical) and metadata.
Must have thorough understanding of the 7-layer OSI model.
Experience translating business needs into data architecture specifications.
Experience supporting application users
