Windows Principal System Administrator

***We are unable to sponsor as this is a permanent full-time role******Will need to come into the office 2-3 days a week***A prestigious company is looking for a Principal System Administrator. This admin will focus on windows on prem operational support and troubleshooting, IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet), Linux, Vmware, DNS, SCCM, Azure cloud, networking, Citrix, containerization, etc.Responsibilities/Qualifications:Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience6+ years experience in Infrastructure administration as it relates to the hardware and software components that align to technologies supported at CompanyExperience with on-premise implementation and management of Infrastructure as Code IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, PuppetExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and KubernetesExperience in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash or PythonExperience with developer tools such as GitHubExperience using patch management solution such as Microsoft SCCM (MECM)Experience in an environment supporting 300+ production Microsoft Windows serversExperience in providing support and maintenance of Linux operating systemsExperience supporting VMware and Hyper-V Virtual InfrastructuresExperience supporting server hardware platforms such as: HPE, Dell, Cisco UCSExperience supporting cloud infrastructures such as: Azure, AWSExperience supporting and tuning administration tools such as SolarWinds & MS SCOMExperience supporting and configuring F5 or NetScaler load balancersExperience with identity governance administration (IGA) tools such as SaviyntMaintain and enhance enterprise environments that are on-premises and in the cloud by identifying technology / process improvementsProfessional level understanding of a wide variety of systems and how they interact as to provide a complete service to the customers that meet business requirementsProvide support of enterprise backup solutions, disaster recovery and high availabilityMaintain and enhance related computing environments and platforms such as cloud and on premise virtual and physical server hardware, operating systems, applications software, and all configurationsDemonstrate professional level experience in diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve: hardware, software or other problems, and correct when necessaryMonitor the performance of computer systems and hardwareCoordinate and implement appropriate security measures to protect data, software, and hardware
