This role includes fulfilling material requests from production staff, managing inventory through cycle counts, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Daily tasks may involve breaking down material packaging, supporting document digitization efforts, and ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in a cGMP manufacturing facility. Additionally, the Material Handler will assist with warehouse organization and maintenance, contributing to the overall success of our production team.QualificationsKey Responsibilities: (Various Shifts Available) Material Supply: Ensure smooth production by supplying materials to manufacturing as needed, fulfilling process orders, reservations, and requests from production staff.Packaging Breakdown: Breakdown and discard material packaging to maintain a clean and organized workspace.Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory levels.Warehouse Support: Assist warehouse staff with daily operations and other assigned tasks.Document Organization: Support the digitization and organization of physical documents in compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Additional Tasks: Be ready to take on other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse and production operations.Core Competencies:Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of material handling and documentation.Time Management: Effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Compliance Requirements: As part of our commitment to Quality Systems and cGMP initiatives, all employees must ensure compliance with ADMA's Quality policies, standards, and SOPs. This includes the timely completion of all Quality Assurance (QA) records and reports, Human Resources (HR) policies, and Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) procedures.
