Summary

Analogic, a 50-year-old company providing engineering expertise in detector technology, image processing, systems engineering, and clinical procedures, seeks a skilled and detail-oriented SAP FICO analyst to join our dynamic team.

The SAP FICO and Projects Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO and Projects modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure the successful delivery of SAP solutions that meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), and Internal Orders/Projects modules.Provide ongoing support and maintenance, ensuring system stability and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to modules on time.Manage SAP-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and budget.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to address business needs.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configurations and development.Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and key stakeholders on functionalities and best practices.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and configuration guides.Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the SAP landscape.Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.Job Requirements

8+ years of SAP experience in the FICO module.Experience in the SAP Projects module is a big plus.Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, development, and support.Hands-on experience with function modules, enhancement, and exits.Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a plus.Experience in working with BI and data warehouse tools is a plus.Prior Project Management experience is a big plus.Effective communication, collaboration, and user training skills.Demonstrated ability to develop efficient, effective, and "out of the box" solutions.Team player, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and ability to influence others.Energetic and highly customer service-oriented with a great attitude.If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions, enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and possess the technical expertise to excel in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
