Description of Duties:Working with key staff members develops and maintains Corporate Marketing and Communications Plan and ensures adherence to the plan, milestones, and events.Develops engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and print materials. Content may include articles, blog posts, case studies, infographics, videos, and more.Supports and evaluates results of marketing/communication campaigns with the team.Researches current marketing trends and keep marketing materials current.Oversees the company's website content, design, and functionality, ensuring content is current. Optimizes performance for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX).Monitors website for operational functionality and ensures problems are addressed appropriately in a timely manner.Designs, writes, and schedules content for social media and the website.Monitors marketing campaign performance, analyzes metrics, and optimizes strategies to maximize ROI.Manages company profiles on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Creates engaging posts, interacts with followers, and monitors social media analytics.Creates marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and sales materials. Ensures all collateral reflects the company's branding and messaging guidelines. Develops and maintains supplies of marketing collateral to support business development, recruiting, and internal company events.As directed, provides support to company external events, such as groundbreakings, conferences, tradeshows, career fairs, and special events.Prepares media for internal and external purposes, including flyers, presentations, brochures, business cards, letterhead, and other printed materials.Orders and maintains promotional items for tradeshows, or client gifts.Coordinates activities such as award submissions, press releases, videos.Manages relationships with outside marketing related consultants including photography, graphic design, website, and marketing firms.Provides administrative support to business development, including assistance with RFPs and RFQs as requested.Assists Human Resources and regions with the coordination of internal employee events.Prepares internal employee communications including quarterly newsletters and quarterly meeting presentations.Assists team members with presentations, ensuring branding and presentation meets Quiring standards.Oversees maintenance of Quiring General SharePoint homepage, ensuring information is correct and timely.Ensures brand consistency across all communication channels. Develops and implements brand messaging and guidelines to maintain a unified brand image, ensuring high-quality, error-free copy is available.Educates employees on brand guidelines and provide follow-up training as needed.Selects, orders, and directs the distribution of employee Quiring apparel, incentives, and goods, staying with budgeted amounts.Protects operations by keeping proprietary information confidential.Actively participates and executes Quiring's Safety Program to maintain a healthy and injury-free work environment.Participates in training and company meetings as appropriate to facilitate individual and company growth.Promotes goodwill between Quiring and its suppliers/trade partners.Builds and maintains exceptional client and team member relationships.Completes other duties as assigned.Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience (generally four years) in a marketing/communications roleIntermediate or advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative CloudStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment that might include frequent change, delays, and unexpected eventsStrong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Must possess a valid California driver's license.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing), Communication, Journalism, or a related field.Marketing/Communications experience within the construction, engineering, or architecture industry
