About the Role:We are looking for a Production Support specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will focus on vendor applications, understand system flows and dependencies, monitor/alert file feeds, and maintain support documentation.This role will also involve handling incident and problem tickets, running incident triage calls, and supporting other Cards applications.Responsibilities:
Learn Application functionality, with a focus on vendor applicationsUnderstand system flows and dependenciesMonitor and alert file feedsMaintain support documentationDocument incident engagement processHandle Remedy incident and problem ticketsRun incident triage callsCross-train teammatesSupport other Cards applicationsParticipate in On-Call RotationEducation Qualification:
ITIL Process knowledgeVendor hosted applications knowledgeFile transmission knowledgeIntermediate Windows and Linux navigation skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointRequired Skills:
