Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Pega Delivery Lead to oversee the complete lifecycle of multiple Pega platform and BPM implementations. This is a key leadership role requiring strategic thinking, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to manage projects from initiation through delivery while driving value for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire program lifecycle for Pega platform and BPM implementations, ensuring strategic alignment, resource optimization, and seamless execution.Develop and enforce robust risk management strategies and program control processes to mitigate disruptions while maintaining high-quality standards across all Pega projects.Collaborate closely with Pega system architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives, optimize resources, and ensure adherence to predefined timelines and budgets.Provide executive-level reporting on Pega project status, offering insights into milestones, risks, program health, and key decision points.Implement and maintain advanced project management frameworks tailored to Pega initiatives, ensuring consistent on-time and within-budget delivery.Drive project progress by addressing issues and risks proactively, developing contingency plans to safeguard successful Pega implementations.Communicate effectively with stakeholders by producing comprehensive reports detailing project status, achievements, challenges, and solutions.Additional Responsibilities:

Oversee post-deployment activities, ensuring smooth transitions into production and ongoing support.Mentor and guide junior team members in Pega and BPM best practices to elevate the skill level within the team.Continuously improve delivery methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in Pega project execution.Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 4-6 years in Pega platform and BPM implementations.Proficiency in Pega project management, risk management, and executive reporting.Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.Excellent problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to drive results and align with business goals.Preferred Skills:

Certification in Pega CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) is a plus.Experience in Agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Trello.Hands-on experience with DevOps in Pega environments.Why Join Us?
