Our client is growing, game development company seeking a
Senior Cost Accountant
to lead accounting and FP&A activities and spearhead process improvement initiatives. Offering exposure to leadership, project management experience, and growth to Supervisor!
COMPENSATION RANGE:
$90k - $105k, plus a discretionary bonus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead month end close activities and prepare monthly financial statementsImprove the close and reporting cyclesInstill continual improvement within cost accounting to increase accuracy, detail, and usability of costing dataProvide recommendations to strategically improve accounting performanceAssist in supervision and coaching of the accounting teamREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
