The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring, customizing, and managing Jira instances, with expertise in SIL Programming and Groovy scripting. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of GitLab. This role involves working closely with various teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions that enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, screens, and fields to meet business requirements.Expert in developing and maintaining custom Jira plugins and scripts using SIL Programming and Groovy scripting.Implement and manage Automation for Jira to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.Integrate Jira with other tools and systems to streamline processes.Utilize Jira and Confluence REST APIs and webhooks for integrations and automation.Write SQL queries to query Jira tables in Postgres SQL.Experience with GitLab.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira configurations and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.Maintain documentation for Jira configurations, customizations, and integrations.Stay updated with the latest Jira features and updates to leverage new functionalities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
