The ideal candidate will possess a 2+ year degree (preferred) and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You will need excellent data collection skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a self-starter, you will be able to track and prioritize your own work based on organizational needs. Previous experience in inspection and quality control activities is essential. The work environment is business casual with a focus on self-motivation, as the management team is lean. Typical work hours are from 8 am to 4:30 or 5 pm. You will report to Quality Engineering and work closely with Engineers on a daily basis, primarily on the Fiagon product line.
