Senior Tactical Systems Analyst (NEW)Whidbey Island, WA, Lemoore, CA, Oceana, VA or Fallon, NV

Salary Range: $64.00 - $88.00 per hour DOE

Position Summary

We are immediately seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join our motivated Advanced Capabilities and Expert Solutions (ACES) Division and support our Network Enabled Weapons (NEW) Fleet Support Team in one of the following fleet concentration areas: Whidbey Island, WA, Lemoore, CA, Oceana, VA or Fallon, NV.

The ACES Division supports Tactical Air's mission by delivering world class military aviation training, products, and support. As part of ACES, the NEW team provides the latest information on aircraft software features and weapon functionality to warfighters so that they can be successful in combat.

The NEW training program is dynamic and challenging. The team delivers between four and six Network Enabled Weapon University (NEW U) courses per year and supports multiple naval exercises in Europe and the Pacific. Travel locations include all domestic Fleet concertation areas as well as Europe, Asia and Australia. A NEW team member should expect to travel frequently in support of warfighter training.

ResponsibilitiesResearch, process, and distill complex technical material for meaningful and engaging presentation to fleet Naval AviatorsConduct professional, in-person training to large and small groups of aircrew with varied experience levelsCross-train and assist other priority efforts within ACESRequirements

Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline; advanced degree preferred. Combination of background, education, and training may be considered in lieu of degreeMinimum of eight years as F/A-18 or F-35 TMS aircrew. SFTI qualification preferredComprehensive technical and functional knowledge of F-35 weapon and mission systemsValid state driver licenseTravel (20%) required to various work sites throughout the U.S.U.S. citizenship with a current and active Secret clearance, with TS/SCI eligibilityEligible for SAP/SAR programsDesired Experience/Skills
