1:1 or 1:2 ratioLevel II Trauma facilityScrubs are all navy OR navy bottoms and white topCOVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions OnlyFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required - No ExemptionsNo Locals - must live outside 90 miles radius2 years of ICU experienceLevel II Trauma facilityVent Mgmt exp. required1:1 or 1:2 ratioBLS required, ACLS preferredNew travelers are OK if they have ICU experience.Self-Scheduling, every other weekend required.No Locals - must live outside 90 miles radiusOrientations are every other Monday, but the facility is on a Wednesday - Tuesday Pay Period, so contracts will end on a Tuesday.Clinical review and auto offer, but RTO MUST be approved before offer is givenAll applicants must have an active AL or compact RN license at time of submittalCOVID Vaccination - will accept a Religious or Medical exemption with proofFlu Vaccination - will accept a Religious or Medical exemption with proofCompliance will be due 1 week prior to startScrubs are all navy OR navy bottoms and white topEPIC charting experience preferred7 days max allowed for time offUnit:
