Job Summary

Design develop and maintain DBT models transformations and SQL code to build efficient data pipelines for analytics and reporting.

• Data Modelling: Define and implement data modelling best practices including data warehousing ETL processes and data transformations using DBT.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead/Architect with overall 10 to 13 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Build Tool and Snowflake and a strong background in Design develop and maintain DBT models.

Design develop and maintain DBT models transformations and SQL code to build efficient data pipelines for analytics and reporting.

• Data Modelling: Define and implement data modelling best practices including data warehousing ETL processes and data transformations using DBT
• Demonstrate expertise in Data Build Tool and Snowflake with hands-on experience in managing data-related projects
• Can play an architect role as far as Data Build tool is concerned
• Have a strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management Online After Sales & Service (Tech) and Design and Release Management.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Show a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Certifications Required

Certification in DBT and Snowflake would be good to have

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $ 140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
