Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Finalizes, manages and provides oversight and approval of project scoping, budgeting and scheduling,

completion of project design, and client communication.

? Applies general civil engineering design techniques, principles and oversight on a variety of both public and

private water and wastewater projects.

? Prepares and presents reports and updates, engineering computations, hydraulic modeling, development

review of plans as well as technical specifications, contract documents and estimates. Including coordination

with regulatory and funding agencies, sub-consultants and other disciplines on multi-discipline project

teams.

? Manages construction phase services including bidding coordination, contract document approval,

construction administration services, coordinates with contractor, and performs construction observation.

? Directs production work of engineering technicians, graduate engineers, sub-consultants and projects

designated by direct supervisors.

? Develops and maintains community relationships and procures projects with associated organizations and

partners (including both private and public sectors).

? Identification of new projects, marketing, scoping and preparing statements of qualifications (SOQs)

? Prepares, submits and presents contract documents, RFQs, estimates and other project-related documents.

? Uses AutoCAD – and Civil 3D for use in preparing engineering and design drawings and supervising

projects/work.
