A bit about us:We are seeking a highly creative, dedicated, and detail-oriented Commercial Interior Designer to join our dynamic Engineering team. We offer hybrid remote in the Phoenix area and a wide variety of projects. You will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing commercial interior projects. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a passion for creating interior spaces that meet the needs of clients and end-users.

What You'll Do:
- Designing and planning innovative commercial interior spaces that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Creating detailed 3D renderings to illustrate design concepts and assist clients in visualizing the final result.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure design integrity and project coordination.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept development through to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conducting research to identify new trends, materials, and technologies in commercial interior design and incorporating these into design projects where appropriate.
- Presenting design concepts, 3D renderings, and project plans to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Assisting with the selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and other industry professionals.
- Ensuring all designs comply with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant legislation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial interior design, preferably within the Engineering industry.
- Proficiency in 3D Rendering and other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Knowledge of current trends, materials, and technologies in commercial interior design.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant legislation.
- Professional portfolio showcasing innovative design projects and 3D renderings.
- Professional certification in Interior Design or a related field would be an asset.
