Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with 10 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ThingWorx Full Stack Business Analysis & Planning and ThingWorx Suite. This role requires a deep understanding of technical and business aspects to drive successful project outcomes. Experience in Sales Planning & Execution is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of ThingWorx Full Stack solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of ThingWorx Suite projects ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Provide expert business analysis and planning to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ThingWorx applications.
  • Design and develop custom applications using the ThingWorx platform to enhance business processes.
  • Ensure the integration of ThingWorx solutions with existing systems and platforms.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of ThingWorx applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on ThingWorx-related projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ThingWorx solutions and processes.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of ThingWorx applications to ensure efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ThingWorx technology to continuously improve solutions.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage ThingWorx capabilities for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong background in ThingWorx Full Stack development and implementation.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Business Analysis & Planning to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Have extensive experience with the ThingWorx Suite and its various components.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in designing and developing custom applications using the ThingWorx platform.
  • Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members on technical projects.

Work Authorization

Compensation:

  • $135 K+/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted till 09/11/2024
