This role is ideal for candidates with substantial experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance, who are ready to advance their careers in a supportive and high-growth environment. The successful candidate will represent corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies in complex finance transactions.Duties:Advise and represent corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies in private equity finance transactions.Lead and manage mid-cap and top-tier finance transactions, including acquisition finance, private credit, and leveraged finance.Collaborate with a highly supportive team to draft and negotiate complex finance-related legal documents.Provide strategic legal counsel to private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a variety of finance matters.Ensure the protection and confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with firm policies.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance.Strong experience in borrower-side representation, with a preference for candidates who have worked with private equity sponsors.Proven ability to manage and lead high-volume, complex transactions.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Illinois or eligible for admission.Skills:Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.This exclusive role offers a dynamic opportunity for a highly skilled finance attorney to join a growing team and work on sophisticated finance transactions.
