Are you a seasoned property manager with a knack for overseeing both Airbnb rentals and traditional apartment buildings? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team full-time!
Position:
Property ManagerLocation:
Los Angeles County (Malibu, Westwood, Beverly Hills area)Hours:
10 AM - 6 PM (with occasional field calls at night)Pay:
$30 - $35 per hour plus bonus incentives.
Responsibilities:
Manage approximately 30 units, including both Airbnb and regular rental properties.
Oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and maintenance for all properties.
Utilize QuickBooks and AppFolio for financial management and reporting.
Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of service.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and handle on-site issues as they arise.
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar property management role.
Proven experience managing Airbnb properties and apartment buildings.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and AppFolio.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and be available for occasional evening field calls.
Additional Details:
Work environment includes both office settings and on-site management of buildings.
