is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Senior Director of Process & Strategy to drive our operational excellence and strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in overseeing and enhancing our operational processes, leading audits, and shaping data analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in program management, process design, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities :

Audit Management:

Lead and oversee client, regulatory, and SOC audits to ensure compliance and uphold operational integrity.

Develop and execute audit strategies, ensuring thorough preparedness for both internal and external reviews.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

Direct the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.

Design and implement reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights and effectively monitor key performance indicators.

Process Design & Optimization:

Design, document, and enhance business processes to align with both internal standards and client requirements.

Maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures and process maps, to ensure consistency and clarity.

Program Management:

Oversee a portfolio of projects and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Define project objectives, create detailed plans, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Provide regular status updates and performance reports to senior management through clear and insightful presentations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and analyze the interconnectedness of products, partners, and technologies.

Drive the execution of strategic cross-functional projects, ensuring effective governance and adherence to processes.

Efficiency and Productivity Enhancement:

Identify and implement strategies to boost operational efficiency and productivity.

Evaluate and address business training and development needs to foster continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and support teams engaged in process design, data analytics, and audit functions.

Guide and influence peers and senior leaders to achieve project milestones and strategic objectives.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on operational processes, strategic planning, and program management.

Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including executive teams.

Strong track record in managing large-scale projects, demonstrating effective project management and strategic planning skills.

Expertise in process design, documentation, and operational efficiency improvement.

Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Adaptability to changing conditions with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Outstanding organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
