Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the daily operations of our ABA company, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic growth. The COO will work closely with the CEO the CFO and other senior executives to implement company strategies, manage operational resources, and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including administration, and support functions.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at growth, efficiency, and service excellence.

Program Management: Ensure the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy services, including adherence to best practices, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction.

Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of professionals, including clinical staff, administrative personnel, and support teams.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational improvements, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance service delivery and organizational effectiveness.

Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, families, regulatory bodies, and community partners to enhance the company’s reputation and service impact.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and ethical practices. Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience (5+ years) in an executive leadership role within the healthcare or ABA industry, with a strong track record of operational and financial management.

In-depth knowledge of ABA therapy practices, regulations, and industry standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
