$95,000 - $130,000 commensurate with knowledge, skill set, and experience.

Job Summary :

We're hiring a residential landscape Sales Manager to lead our design and sales professionals team. In this position, you will supervise our sales process (including client service, which is extremely important to us) and guide revenue goals and growth. Our Sales Manager should have technical proficiency to review estimates in our maintenance and design-build proposals. Preferred qualifications include leadership experience and an extensive background in the landscape industry, specifically sales.

Key Responsibilities:

LMA

- Lead, Manage, and Hold our design & sales team accountable to effective execution of our client service process.

Client Experience

- Prioritize and enhance the client experience, delivering a personalized boutique experience that promotes referrals and repeat business.

Revenue Goals

– Forecasting, monitoring, and managing our team to achieve financial success for our business. This also includes strategy to ensure our sales pipeline remains full through revenue generation, especially through enhancements with our existing clients.

Estimating

– Conduct a technical review of the estimates prepared by our sales team for client delivery and then for transition to our production team once sold.

Design Process

- Provide oversight and guidance throughout the design process to deliver creative and unique solutions for our high-end clients fostering current trend awareness.

Marketing

– Opportunity to partner with our visionary founder to ensure our brand is visible and top-of-mind in our target market to sustain and grow revenue.

Plan Client Events -

Foster meaningful connections and engagement, ensuring a strong bond between the company and its clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Sales and Marketing skills.

Landscape industry expertise, especially for the high-end residential market.

Technical proficiency to review estimates in our proposals for maintenance and design-build.

Leadership abilities to manage a team of design & sales professionals.

Client-centric mentality to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Effective communication skills.

Organized and detail oriented.

Strategic thinking to evaluate sales goals, including market conditions.

Financial acumen to forecast, monitor, and evaluate sales-related data.

Networking interest and proficiency is a plus.

Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:

Experience in residential landscape sales, estimating, and client relations (10 years).

Experience managing a team of Landscape Designer and Sales Professionals (5 years).

Previous experience in a leadership position (3 years).

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study and/or business is a plus.

Valid Driver’s License (Clean Record).
