Job Description:
As the Director of Marketing and Sales at the Nicewonder Inn, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, you will leverage your expertise to enhance the Nicewonder Inn's market presence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, advertising, public relations, promotions, and events.
Identify target markets and customer segments, and develop tailored marketing strategies to reach and engage these audiences.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing and sales efforts across the organization.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and ROI of marketing and sales initiatives.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agencies, media partners, and industry influencers.
Represent the Nicewonder Inn at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and brand expansion.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
