Are you passionate about using data-driven insights to influence leadership decisions and drive innovation? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Senior Talent Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to influence leaders with data to coach and support leaders through complex situations and use insights to offer solutions and recommendations.

You will partner across the Human Resources team to optimally support leaders and drive conversations around performance, career development, engagement, coaching, and embedding a growth mindset across the organization.

The pay range for this position for Western Washington varies between $95,160.00 – $135,420.00, and for Eastern Washington varies between $76,830.00 - $109,335.00. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Delta Dental of Washington and Arcora Foundation, intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

Leadership and Collaboration:

Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including workforce planning, talent assessment, change management, and team building.

Dynamic Partnership:

Partner with Senior Manager, Talent and the Senior Employee Relations Partner to ensure solutions align with the partner strategy and larger organizational objectives.

Strategic Business Partnerships:

Build relationships with executive and director level business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.

Data-Driven Insights:

Lead data driven initiatives identifying the current health of organizations by looking at trends in performance, employee engagement, attrition, diversity, etc.

Project Leadership:

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive alignment and best practices across the programs and initiatives you’re leading to support your organizations.

Flexibility and Openness:

Demonstrate flexibility in roles and duties, align with dynamic business needs while remaining open to hearing diverse voices and seeking to understand others.

Experience, skills, and education you need to have to succeed in the position:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.

BA in Business, Human Resources or equivalent and 6+ years of Human Resource Business Partner experience.

Demonstrable track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization to support diverse employee groups.

3+ years’ experience serving as a strategic consultant for senior leadership.

Experience using data to identify insights that drive action.

Experience helping matrixed organizations scale.

SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or other HR professional certification (SPHR, sHRBP) preferred.

Proven competence in human resource areas including benefit and compensation practices, workforce planning and organization design, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), performance management, leader development and coaching, compliance and federal and state employment laws.
