The Associate Director will serve as a subject matter expert and lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions contributing to the strategic growth of the company. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of large-scale Salesforce implementations, managing client relationships, and leading a team of skilled Salesforce professionals. You will also work to grow the Salesforce Services practice through business development, team management, and project delivery.
Who You Are:
10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation services.5+ years of experience in presales, solution architect, and team management capacity.Highly experienced in Project Management, with project completion success stories (6-10) scale, that include customers and partners, distributed agile delivery teams, and C-level engagement exposure during the lifecycle of the project delivery.Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with specific emphasis on Sales, Service, CPQ, Billing, Experience, Revenue, Marketing Clouds, and AppExchange applications and products, including their relevance and significance of integrations with other Clouds, systems and platforms such as Mulesoft, AWS, GCP, etc.Excellent customer relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a consulting capacity.Experience in leading teams and managing remote resources.Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams including enterprise architecture, data architecture, UI/UX, and QA.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.What You'll Do:
Provide strategic leadership for Salesforce Consulting Services, aligning with organizational goals and vision.Lead and manage large-scale Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering custom solutions.Collaborate with sales teams and contribute to the proposal process.Lead Pre-Sales by providing guidance, Salesforce expertise in leveraging Salesforce to the best of its capabilities to achieve customer’s business objectives.Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.Regularly report metrics to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features and technologies, ensuring our practice remains at the cutting edge.Ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards in all Salesforce projects.Collaborate with other practice leaders to integrate Salesforce solutions with other technologies and services.Work with practice leadership to develop Salesforce-specific training, business development training and collateral such as case-studies and quals, and engagement materials/templates.
$120,000 - $210,000 a year
The expected pay range for this position is $120,000 - $210,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.#J-18808-Ljbffr
